Alison Calleja is the Gopex Conveyancing Director and a Licenced Conveyancer who has 17 years experience in the legal industry. In her career she has worked at a variety of law firms including some of the largest Law Firms in Melbourne's CBD.
Alison has completed the Advance Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) RMIT as well as numerous other courses throughout her career.
One of Alison’s many highlights in her career was successfully managing the Victorian Conveyancing team while working for one of Australia's biggest developers. In this role Alison and her team achieved a record number of settlements in this 'fast paced' and 'high volume' environment. During her time being a manager Alison faced a lot of challenges, which has given her the experience to manage any stressful situation and maintain a calm attitude.
Throughout her career Alison has been exposed to a range of property law fields and is experienced in development work, mortgagee work, residential contracts, subdivisional work and Off the Plan Contracts. Due to Alison's experience she has become an Off the Plan Contracts expert and specialiser's in these types of Contracts after working for many large developers in the past.
Alison is experienced, calm, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable .
